    Hello,

    I have a query.

Say, if i am optimising my site for a particular keyword and i want to know on which google search page my site is located, how can i find that.

For Eg, my keyword is Credit Card. Its a very competetive keyword and i am slowly starting building links for my site to move up the ladder. But how do i know where my site is and on which page of google search? Say i am at 20 page, but how do i know that i am at 20th page?

    Please advice.

    Thanks

Good question i'd like to know this too.

Last time i had to manually search until page 25, which is something i don't want to do again.

There are several rank checker tools developed for this purpose. Go with the ones suggested by others, or run a query on Google search and find one for you.

that SEO SERP is a useful tool, but you can also check visually by doing a search on your chosen keyword in Google or use a webmaster tools account in Google which will tell you which position your keywords ranked in for that day

I use Rank Checker plugin for Mozila. But if your site is not within the first 20 pages the only way to find its position is to do it manually. IMHO.

Rank Checker is a very good tool. Some of my friends use it a lot and they are satisfied with its performance. You may want to try it out too.
