Well, I'm sure you could make something using the CVS data you can export from Google Webmasters Central regarding your external links, however I've never came accross a tool or software suite that can actually do this. What you would need to do is this...

    • Export the Excel CVS External Link Report from Google Webmasters Central
    • Create a script or program that can pull the data from the cells
    • Then, crawl the link and scan for your hyperlink text and report back the anchor text being used.

Our online tool uses SiteExplorer for backlink analysis which includes anchor text and numerous other relevant inbound page metrics.

We have a free community that allows you to upload the SiteExplorer or Google Webmaster Tools files and emails you an Excel spreadsheet providing more stats than the online backlink analysis tool. Just follow the "register" link on this page.

It provides deep link calculations, nofollow, page title, page heading, ip addresses, no of links per page, class c domains, and anchor text totals by page. The tool has a limit of 3000 backlinks for Google Webmaster tools files. SiteExplorer only provides 1000.
