How to find most followed account in a certain area

    Hi guys,

    I am currently in a new job and I have been asked to find the twitter account with the most followers within different cities.

    Is there a website where I can do this that will tell me through an advanced search by typing in a city, e.g. Dundee, that will return a list of results for me?

    Hi there, the reason I need this is because I am currently working for a company who wants to contact the most popular twitter accounts within certain areas to promote their app. Is there anyway I could be given a tutorial on how to do this?

    If I get this task, I will find top 5 local resources (city news probably) at first. 99% of them have Twitter accounts. Then compare these accounts and find the best. Next top 5 resources for another city and so on...
