AFAIK,all ebay item is deal with paypal as their primary currency. Somehow you can negotiable with seller to accept MB,but its risky since ebay not protect buyer.
Normal buyer<>seller protection still does apply, which applies on all Moneybookers payments etc. Find out how moneybookers can protect you. eBay heavily dislikes other than Paypal, as Paypal is owned by eBay, therefore no protection. eBay even tried to disallow anything else but Paypal, but firstly Paypal simply sucks to cover all aspects, it's too limited, and secondly goverments stopped this.
