    Hi,

I'm fairly new to Google Adwords but I want to learn how to get $0.10 and lower bid keywords that convert well?

You should stick to the google keyword suggestion tool... It gives you option to view the indicative bid... But then you really need to a good keyword research to find get the 10 cent clicks.... since you are new to adwords it may more sense for you to stick with search targettting

After keyword research it seems you need to follow adwords guidelines to improve QS to help potentially lower costs but regarding converting well i think you can only achieve through trial and error.

Make sure your adgroups have tightly focused keywords (maybe 5 or 10 max):)
