    A lot of times they will find you out .. lol .. I actualy find the top 10 in google and start with them to exchange if I meet there criteria... or I will buy a link on the site if it is worth the traffic gain.. in the myspace world that like a must.

    a great way to make sure you link is worth what google wants .. be carefull not to add to many links to fast or you will be penalized.. in other words do not like add 50 links over night stuff .. lol hope this helps ..

    you can do directory submissions , you can send link exchange request letter to the concerned webmaster to get links or you can try paid link exchange methods

    But, its better to follow normal link exchange method insted of paying for links.

    Do link exchanges count? I have read that the last couple of Google SERP updates have lowered the value of link exchanges a lot.
