How to find keywords (suggestions) based on a url?

    Is there a good tool available on the net that will show you which keywords occur on a webpage and preferably give suggestions at the same time.
    I use now the Google Adwords keyword tool where you can enter a url, but this doesn't give me always good results.

    but is there not enother one where you can export csv file?

    Try exact match perhaps in the adwords tool.

    I forgot about the suggestion button in Adwords tool, I will just import keyword that come up with a keyword density tool and import these. If anybody knows a better method please let me know.
