I don't care what category or domain or niche...I would like to collect as many as keywords with less than 20 - 50 cents per click...traffic is not a problem, it could be anything from anywhere.

Any ideas how to I do it in KW Research tool or is there a tool I can use?

Its pretty simple, just do a search for any keyword and see if there are ads. If there are no ads then there is very little competition so the cost per click will be low. That said you still need to have a highly relevant landing page because if your quality score is below ~5-6 you will never get a keyword for under $0.50.

Google doesn't try to maximize short term revenue with low yield ads. They provide a great user experience on 90% of all queries and then they put a ton of ads on the results for keywords that have purchase intent.

You can also see them through the competition. Where is low competition you will have low CPC keywords.
