    Hello

I have a rather new visa card. Ionly keep it on file with ebay and paypal and never use it offline.

I have used it for a couple of very legit companies - those I have been doing biz with for over 2 years but recently when I rec'd by bill I had 3 charges from downloads that I did not take.

ONe company does not answer the phone and directs you to a website. The website says my email address does not exist. The next charge was something from clickbank which again I did not purchase.

This card is for specific purposes and I never deviate. How can I find out is someone is tracking my keystrokes. It seems futile to get a new card if someone will just get the new number.

I have both AVG paid version - firewall and virus - what else should I be doing and how can I check to see if someone is on there now.

Ok been thier and hated it.

First they can have keylogger on computer. Second they can keylog you on spoof site for ebay or others.

Now i like to set computer up with factory restore. When you have to redo computer with factory restore disk thier is user backup number 2 on most recovery disks.

I redo computer with factory recover disk. This gets rid of all spyware and other junk. I know you loose everything but it is best way i tried everything and had jerk stealing sites and money for a month.

When you redo computer and re set it to what you want then insert recovery disk and do user backup. This is best way to make sure no keylogger is on computer if you have problem again. If you every need to redo compuer you just insert recovery disk and click user restore. Computer restores itself to the settings you had when you made user restore. All spyware is gone.

If they have charged things you have keylogger or used spoof site.

    I WOULD

Change all passwords on all sites. Make sure to change email passowrds they just go to email and get new passwords. I would call credit card and stop payment on ones you did not make.

I personaly would cancel card and get new one or ask credit card company to give me new one with new account number. Do not forget to change passowrd on isp or they can log in and see credit card used to pay for internet service and all info about you.

Change passwords at paypal and ebay also.

Do you have AVG anti-malware too? If you do do a full system scan and then check the registry. Also try ad-aware. If this doesn't work then try the above method.

rscj622 - thank you for taking the time to write such an exhaustive description. I think you are probably right about getting back to the beginning but I can;t afford to lose all my work. I have 10 years on here so I don;t know what I would do without the data.

avarian - thx for the suggestion - I didn;t realize that AVG had the anti-malware as well, I am going there now to get it.
