    I use Google adword for keyword research it can easily tell you how many user search for a particular word monthly\yearly.

    Have you tried the Google External Keyword tool? You can type in a keyword there and it will show you the global monthly search for that keyword as well as current PPC cost for the keyword. You can also try Traffic Travis, which has the same functions as well as helping you with on page SEO by analyzing your pages among others.

    Of course it is Google's external keyword tool but WARNING though when searching for keyword idea the exact match is the real count of visitors that actually use that word to search. I mistakenly tried to rank for a keyword of 25000 searches per month for a keyword and after my site became number 1, the searches I get from it is 3- 5 per day or 100 to 150 per month.

    Im sure its been said here but the Adwords KW tool will give you this data. Most KW tools on the market today use its data and typically supply search counts (among other things) in the data they provide.
