    Do you mean how to find out where a certain domain is registered and hosted? If yes, check that domain on whois.sc or who.is and you will find out where the domain is registered and where it is hosted (you will see the DNS nameservers - e.g.: ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluehost.com - so such domain would be hosted on bluehost.com).

    you can just check NS in whois of domain

    type the domain and click whois

    you will see all details there.
