This is a great string, but I wouldn't use the inurl:blog as most people don't put the word blog in their web address.
Also, you can change site:.edu to site:.gov and site:.com to find more places to put your comments.

While it may seem like a fantastic idea to search for your primary keywords while looking for blogs, you really shouldn't. Let me explain.
If you find a blog in the exact niche you are in and you post a comment with a link back to your website, the admin of that blog could remove the comment and your left without a link.
BUT, If you search for keywords that are in a closely related niche/topic, and you place your comment on those blogs, you will find your link sticks for a longer amount of time.

I also suggest FireFox and the SEOQuake plugin. This will allow you to see the PR of the page you are on, not just the PR of the Domain it is attached to.
Posting a comment on a High PR blog is a great way to get traffic and boost your SEO. Placing a link on a High PR blog, but on a PR 0 ( or - ) page isn't worth as much.

You can also submit your niche website to niche blog directories that are related to your business. Relevant niche links are highly valued by search engines.

I have been using CoimmentLuv for some weeks now and it really works. I also use 'Backlink Rocket" which I bought as a WSO. They have a section where i can put in keywords from my blog post and it will pull in Blogs that meet that keyword.

Probably the only decent feature in Backlink Skyrocket! A good resource to find commentluv dofollow blogs in your niche is the dofollow search engine by smuggecko. Googling dofollow search engine brings up others but I havent tried them.
