We all know high pr will help us a lot, but how to find such links? please share your skills.

Try searching for related blogs to your niche. Friendly comments like 10 per day at different PR blogs helps you a lot. I do that for all for my clients new website as it also helps to get index better even from PR0 website.
Besides, we will also get a bit of traffic atleast from the blogs.

 

If you are using blog commenting approach to gain high PR backlinks, you can always rely on custom search engine to look for dofollow blogs such as this one.

High PR blogs and directories..

 

Check google and type PR4 sites which are relevant to your site.

 

Google is best sources to get relevant information, one way you can search with the key words link that if you are search VoIP link exchange. write VoIP Link Exchange and also write PR. i Hope you will find some good sites for link exchange........

I use Google Analyzer service that shows all the links that are being sold on different forums!

 

you can download google pr checker tool to make it easier for your to find out.

 

I'm using firefox add-on (SEOquake), It ill show all the website's PR on the google search result. It helps me to get some high PR related niche

 

SEO Quake for me works really well.
