How to find high paying keywords?

Does anyone knows how to find high paying keywords for Adsense?
I have tried Google for something, but only found a page from 2006...

go to google and type "keyword"

 

I think Google Adwords Keyword Tool is good enough. The niche with high paying keywords are insurance-related, and lawyer-related.

Instead of high paying, check niche within a niche

 

keyword spy is good...but maybe try keyword research pro...i think would helps..
