how to find high paying keywords

Discussion in 'Keywords' started by zachbb, Sep 1, 2006.

Everytime I ask someone about adsense they tell me to "find high paying keywords". People on this forum claim to consistantly get $2 a click. Now, I got 28 clicks today, and less than $1 in revenue. My question is, how do I get the high paying clicks?

    Thanks

    Hi zachbb
I have been lurking on this site for a couple of months now, and every reply to your question has been the same as far as I have seen - Research.

I look at overture to research the click price, but there may be other programmes/tools available.

Also you can think of markets with BIG money in it...

Example: if you target "debt consilidation" you might get high paying per click.
(depending on the quality of your website).... but if you target
"stop thumb sucking" you'll get these nice $0.02 per click :D

If you aim your site content against high paying keywords you may end up struggling for traffic because you are competing against thousands of other webmasters who also want that top paying keyword.

Use the overture tool. Most of the big paying keywords have lots of competition though.

If you got money, you can try Keyword Elite.
