How to find good, targeted advertisers on CJ

I just signed up and did a search for "music" advertisers and got overwhelmed with the amount of advertisers and numbers they throw out there - EPC, clicks, sales, leads, etc. Any tips on how to find good, solid, relevant advertisers? Do you go with sales, leads, clicks, text links, banners, what? (I know it totally depends on your site and goals, but I need SOME direction)

My site is a music site with roughly 30k visitors a month. topacousticsongs.com

    Thanks.

    Here's my recommendations:

Stick with advertisers that have network earnings of 3 out of 5 bars (and above).
Stick with advertisers that have $10.00 EPC or higher.
Stick with advertisers that have strong brands in their respective categories.
Stick with advertisers that add value to your visitors, and relevant to your website.

I agree with IMIQ, check out their help.
Also, to find more relevant advertisers, refine you search term from 'music' to something specific to your own website, such as your own keywords. Unfortunately, your site has no keywords in meta but I notice your title says "Acoustic Music | TopAcousticSongs.com" so try acoustic music or something else more specific. Most important is the potential site's content and how it matches with what your selling/promoting.

I would go with banners, I have always had more success with them and they are always the more eye-catching than links and text. If you don't have a banner appropriate for the website, then hire someone to make one. You can't always use the same banner on every site, you will need to tailor it to the audience of the other website.

Try to take a look at the stats after you look at the site a minute. 95% of the time, i can make my decision in the first 10 seconds. The stats tend to make you biased one way or the other, possibly causing you to miss a relevant site
