How to find good PR1 backlinks or inbound links and where?

    You can look at your competitor's backlinks with yahoo explorer (keep seoquake enabled). You will find many PR pages. Do the same for your target keywords (or try complimentry keywords) on google.

    I like using social bookmarking sites and directories. If you would like to exchange links I recommend www.linkmarket.com this way you can exchange with websites in your niche that are wantint to exchange links.

    You can develop natural backlinks by writing and submitting article to article directories like Ezine,Goarticles,searchwarp etc.

    Also, if you are interested in link exchange, search for thematically relevant websites and send them link exchange request.
