    No need to find web directories which publishes your website instantly. Bad SEO!
    Google just started deindexing web directories. Now only some paid and directories which reviews websites manually will be good for SEO. Very hard to get backlinks;)

    From my experience most of the ones that are free and auto-approve are a lost cause. I had to learn the hard way, don't be like me, kid ;)

    There many footprints to find free directories. I think you should use, Critic and Vmoption directory lists, because these are totally free directories.
