How-to find Form submit URL ?

    Hey,

    I made WordPress based blog about software downloads (Yep, just another more).

    Problem is that I must submit PAD files manually. I bought PAD file database, and it's huge jobs because there's over 100k of softwares.

    I ask here, because I'am not a PHP expert. There is a form to submit these. (http://www.webbytools.com/submit-pad-file/)
    How I can find the submit URL?
    So that I can add this URL in front of my PAD file URLs.

    Or is there other way around?
