    Hello Amit Negi,

    If by email format you mean how to create copy to send to your list, you can use training videos with the Get Response email marketing service.

    You can also get training videos there on using squeeze pages / optin forms to start building your list.

    Do you want your visitors to perform some kind of actions?

    Check out what digitalmarketer.com preaches! 1st email is always about indoctrination (introduce your website), with relevance to reason why they subscribed (e.g. freebie, updates). After which, the subsequent emails should stay on the same topic/theme. You should also do a dynamic series, where certain behavior would trigger additional email series (e.g. if user clicks on a link in an email).

    Use a link tracking tool like ClickMeter to track your conversion rate, and do ensure Google Analytics is installed.

    A combination of Google UTM & a link tracking tool will give you the most accurate tracking.

    There are many email formats on the web that you could use when creating your marketing campaign. The best thing to do is Google something like “sample email marketing” or “email marketing template” or “how to create good email marketing campaign for (your niche)”. I think the trick in creating effective email is to make it personal and professional as possible. Keep it short but make sure to highlight the things that are important like ‘why you are sending the email’, ‘who is it for’ and what ‘do you want to achieve by sending the email’. Use GetResponse or other email marketing platform and make sure that you personalize your email by formatting it to pick First Names of your readers.
