How to find Dofollow and nofollow site and blogs using "seoquake.com"

Today i install "seoquake.com" toolbar for find Dofollow and nofollow sites and blogs. I don't know how to find them. So please tell me if you know how to find dofollow and nofollow sites using this toolbar, or another way.

Dofollow sites,blogs improve SEO am i correct?

You can't do that in SEO quake the best thing you can do is to to check the page source of the sites to know if it is a do follow or not.

 

yes from page source u can find do follow or no follow links website, or most of forum mentions that either they are do follow or no follow
