Google "DoFollow Search Engines". This has worked for me. I would get SEO for Firefox first, because the links will highlight in red if they are nofollow.

I think there aren't many DoFollow forums in niches different than webmasters/SEO.
Making your blog / forum DoFollow attracts all sort of spammers and brings no value.
Try to search in Google for "dofollow health forum" see if you can find something useful.

There are a few board search engines but none are very good. Your best bet is to use Firefox "dofollow" addon and just search Google for "topic" + phpbb or forum etc... and just manually check to see if they are dofollow with the addon.

DOFOLLOW is way over rated in my opinion, especially when it comes to something like getting links from forums or blogs. PEOPLE follow a link that is tagged NOFOLLOW, and in the end its PEOPLE you want clicking through.

With that, look at the forum or blog you are posting on. If it's high quality and has decent traffic, then the status of your link is rather moot, as PEOPLE will click through as your link should be relevant to the niche you are posting in.

You can search forums carefully. The lists of do-follow forums are often displayed there.
