Google is your answer, however ezine, go articles, and many other good PR site are there in this field, you can search this keyword in google "high PR articles directories list" you will find a lot of sites.

Before submitting to an article directory, do this 1. Go to Semrush.com 2. Enter the domain name. 3. Look at the "SE traffic coming from google" chart. If the curve dramatically went down during the past 4 months move to another directory (it's possible that site has been penalyzed by the latest Google Panda Update). Good Luck.
