If you are looking for bad neighborhood directories, do the same search, but add "directory" to it. Any directory that has a lot of links going to sites that promote the above mentioned products - those are bad neighborhoods. If you are looking for bad neighborhood blogs, do the same search but include "blog" instead of directory. Bad neighborhoods are sites that do nothing but spam. They offer no real content, nothing of real value except to get you to buy a product.

bad neighborhos referrs to link farms, ffa websites, and other places where spam is the norm and there is no actual content offered. If you really want to stick your link where is should not go type into google list of free for all link sites and you will have plenty of bad neighborhoods.
if u r being careful don't worry too much. the site you are linking shouldnt have too much link or any gambling warez porn link or full of irrevelant content just for spam. you can notice them. don't sign up all trash directories.
A bad neighborhood is a site with tons of irrelevant links. It could be a link farm, a spam site, even a dead site or a site that hasn't been updated for years.
