I know that in past we check site back links in yahoo. Because i know that you can build your back links from these ways. I think you did not know that is Yahoo! Site Explorer. But know you can not check any site back links in yahoo. So i want to know how to check in bing?

I think we lost the great tool "yahoo site explorer". which was the best tool to check back links.I tried bing webmaster tool but i did't like it. I am missing yahoo site explorer alot...is there any tool like that then please share ....

Follow the steps for checking backlink in bing, you have to search like this

link:http://www.madinamadina.com

instead of my site place your site than you will find the backlink of your site

Same is the way to check the backlink in Google also...

 

As of now you can check backlinks in Bing webmaster tools but only for your site and not for any non-verified sites (i.e. third party sites).

 

It is not possible to find backlinks with Bing for other sites than your own. You can however use these tools and methods:

- Backlinkwatch
- Open Site Explorer
- Market Samurai
- SEOmoz
- Linkdiagnosis
- http://www.seocentro.com/tools/search-engines/link-popularity.html
- Type in Bing or Google the search query "link: www.site.com"

You can only view backlinks in Bing if you are the verified owner of the site.
Go in Bing webmasters to Index > Inbound Links > Click a page to see inbound links

It is not possible to check competitors backlinks.

You have to use above mentioned tools. The makers of SEO SpyGlass are working on a new database which will be available in a couple of weeks.

 

i don't actually understand your question dude. do you want to know what is the Authority code to find back link in Bing? like in Google we write site:mydomain.com?
i don't know that but you can get the information in the bing Webmaster tool.
use backlinkwatch for checking your back links.

 

I don't think that after the Yahoo site explorer has shut down there is any sort of mechanism with which we can find the backlinks of any site in Bing. Yet to see what becomes of the back link checkers guys.

 

Bing won't return any backlink information to us users. Maybe it will do so at some point, via some fancy paid tool now that it acquired Yahoo SiteExplorer, but right now there's no way. Try Blekko, that one's pretty good when it comes to backlink info.

In my opinion, I wouldn't be too apprehensive with Bing not displaying all of your site links though. Just like result links in Google using the link: operative, it is likely just a sample of the links Bing is really uses to rank your site.
If the page where the backlink to your site is situated is indexed by Bing, you can bet that Bing at least knows the link exist. Or you could just go off the link results provide to you in Google Webmaster Tools.

no its not.. it is used to check you own domain links which is indexed in SE
