How to find adwords advertisers

    Hello, everybody!
    First of all, I want to thank people for sharing their knowledge and tips on this forum, as I found a lot of valuable info here.
    My question is how to find adwords advertisers using Google Adwords with not big budgets. May be some techniques exist or there some tools available.

    And what I get when buy semrush account? I read twhat they offer on their website, but I want to know about tricks and gimmicks they use. 70 bucks - a bit too much, isn't it?
