    Hi,

I am looking to find a high end designer that I can regularly outsource a lot of work to.

Can anyone point me in the best direction to look - EG design forums, sites, design jobs boards etc

I do use 99designs and although it has its uses, I am really looking for someone high end that will charge me an hourly rate rather than getting competition stlye entries for a prize amount.

    Thanks

Suggest you check the large freelancing sites, register and post a project giving your requirements. Wait for the bids to come in and go from there. All sorts of talented providers on the likes of guru.com and the like. Dig in...! I use people regularly for jobs which I originally connected with through guru in particular. Good luck! Andy.

That's not that easy I must admit...

We have searched for about 4 months, found ONE person, and I think I will fire him again next week...

I think I will do all by myself again instead of hiring someone that is not reliable after a while...

I would not use all those freelancer sites, I think those people are searching for projects that lasts some time, no?
