How to find a good paying niche?

Hi,

I'm new to adsense, ppc etc. Let me know what is the procedure to find out the high paying niche/ keywords etc.

keyword research is important. you can use google keyword tool or free keyword tracker to do that. Find at least 1000 searches per month with low competition.

i always go below 3000 search money and i got rank on the first page of google easily.
