The advertisement links are served according to the geographic locations and the content of the website. There is no direct way to have high paying links on the webpage. :-(

I use it to block non-relevant ads. Besides, how do you identify which ad is a low paying ad?

well there is no full-proof measures to get rid off low paying ads. If tou think that you are not getting relevant ads, you can do section targeting.

You can use Competitive ad filter from your adsense account. The problem there is that you can block only 500 links!

nobody knows price of the ad click except google.
advertiser is having full of confidence on google and it's integrity.
try to put good content, sothat good paying ads will come to your site.

Not as difficult as you might think. You obviously can't get them all since what you see is not always what your visitors see, but you can get a lot of the big offenders.

With the deceptive ads that are being written by MFA arbitrageurs, good content is no guarantee that you won't get crap-paying ads.

Edited: By saying that, I'm not advocating trashy content. I'm still one of the strong proponents of unique, well-written, useful content on here...it's just that if you are looking for higher ePC, it will take more than that and requires vigilance of your site and the ads appearing there.

Do some searching, I've posted my techniques in answer to this same question about 83 times now.
