    How to filter all domain with extension .it and .nl ?????

    i think people very rare to click it because they dont understand the language

    You cant block domain extensions in Adsense.
    Better if you make a list of those domains and block them.

    will be better to ad more content in english, and don't write in italian or dutch if you use something related to this countries

    I don't think there is any option to filter a specific domain extension.

    From what i know any modifications of the Adsense code aren't allowed

    I dont see it as modifed, eg making it do something it was not meant to do, clearly the option is already coded into adsense and you are merely turning it on.

    If in doubt ask them.
