    Cpanel Server is crashing frequently and customer suspecting that it should be a hardware issue, what are all the logs and tools you need to check to figure out the root cause of the crash?

    Which part of the server is crashing, For example if its Apache then check out the logs in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log But to be honest if you have no idea what your doing then you need a sys admin
