    Hey Guys,

New to DP, looks like a pretty rich community. Thinking about selling our site, its our first one, so I'm hoping the people here can shed some light.

Me and a mate bought a $0 revenue site off of flippa in a niche that we're interested ine.
We're both IT professionals, so we rebuilt the site on a new wordpress theme and have managed to get some decent returns.

Currently all of our traffic is 100% organic, exact match .com domain(the reason we bought the site was for the domain) ranking #1 for a few search terms with 6-14 unique visitors per day, 1% bounce rate and 3-10 pageviews per visit.
Currently sales is looking at $450 last month and $680 so far this month, so we have a crazy high conversion ratio.

Would you sell this site if it was yours ?
What would the going market rate look like for this ?

    Ciao!

the webstats site doesnt work so well, I have only 4 backlinks, nothing in seomoz etc.
Was hoping to get more of a general market feel of what it was worth based on the revenue and conversion rate.

    Wow! Outstanding conversation rate!

I would hold this domain name at least for one year to collect Google Analytics data and income from sales because people like to see that this site has some history and we can expect that this income will be persistent.

Just sit there and wait and make sure you have Google Analytics installed.
