How to feed blogger with FULL RSS article and don't get punished by google?

    Is there any way that I can:

    1. Feed my blogger blog with RSS Full content
    2. The RSS Full content must be posted as post
    3. Will not be penalised by google as duplicate content
    4. The step 1, 2 and 3 should be automated

    any suggestion?
