How to use skype for faxing Documents to pp someone told me there r some skype fax plugins which one do i need to use?

Why stick with Skype if you are not sure. Maybe try other fax services. There are free online fax (sending only) out there like faxzero, gotfreefax that allows you to send a couple of fax a day for free. For receiving, you can try Onesuite $1/month unlimited incoming fax service and its the closest thing to free.
Contact the person dealing with your claim, they will give you an email address you can send in scanned documents. Also there is a service faxzero.com that will let you send up to 3 pages twice a day for free to any US phone number (scanned documents.)
FAX will always have an identification, just make sure it doesn't have the identification state to a Free Fax Service. They might reject stating the fax is suspicious. Money is always awful, why don't send the Fax from your country fax store?
