How To Fairly Calculate Domain Value

    I need input on how to fairly set a value or price on a domain? Any suggestions?

    I don't really know, if you have a good keyword in the domain name, then you can make some money, but could you show us your domain name?

    Apart from the keyword richness and/or short length, the price of domain name also depends on the need/urgency of the buyer. Hence it is not possible to have a firm benchmark to evaluate the worth of all domain names, particularly of the ones which do not have mass liking!

    I am looking at dnscoop.com for domain value. Is it good enough? or maybe you guys have other tools that calculate domain's value even more?

    There is no tool that can tell you accurately how much a domain is worth, because a domain's value is relative to both the buyer and the seller. Looking for how much similar domains have sold for can give you a general idea of how much a domain will go for. Check out dnsaleprice.com

    Thanks for your input, if you see just from that part, what about all those premium new domains? They haven't got developed yet, they are new, haven't got any traffic what so ever but they are sells at a high price. What do you think?
