How to extract AdSense data throughout the day?

    Hey there

    I want to create a small application which would read my AdSense account every n (let's say 5) minutes and save the current info in a database.

    By current info I mean today's total impressions, clicks & income up to that time of the day. Basicly it's like the adsense notifier, but also periodically saves the info, whether I am at the PC or not. Later I can compare the data I got throughout the day (or on 2 different days) and find out more about click/CTR/eCPM/Income per click trends and how changes in my layout affect them.

    My main issue is that I don't have a clear idea about how to extract the info in my AdSense account. How does AdSense Notifier do it? Does it log in and read the page like a browser? What would you suggest?

    I was talking about the average income per click, but let's say that at 12:00 I have 12 clicks and $1.20 and at 12:05 I have 13 clicks and $1.50 - it's clear I just got a $0.30 cents click ;)
