How to exchange Perfect Money to OKPAY

    I need to know what exchangers change OkPay to Perfect Money?
    I know that this is allowed, but not all exchangers can do it.

    It is better for you to use the Paypal, paytm and payu in which you are very convenient.
    I have no idea of exchange money because never exchanged the money and only use the above method for payment.
