Can someone help me out, I used to be able to estimate traffic off alexa traffic rankings but have forgotten the method. Can anyone help out?
If they sell CPM advertising contact them as a potential advertiser. Ask how many impressions they can serve over 30 days with a 1x24 frequency cap.
My site just recently cracked the top million (954,000). Even thought it is pretty much meaningless, I thought it was cool!
Alexa is based on a statistical sample. It is accurate but not perfect. (Like all statistical samples).
It's not even close to accurate. It lists my site as having 411 unique visitors per day, which is about 10x too high. YMMV
