How to estimate the value of a domain name?

    I have come across one or two tools that do that. But the results are different. So what is the best way to decide how much a domain is worth?

    Beside Estibot.com, worth considering is DNScoop.com. These are the free ones - frankly, not so reliable.

    If you want to have your domain professionally appraised, you might want to check Sedo or Netsol.

    This the other i have been using. I think it is not very good. smartpagerank.com

    EDIT: I dont think that estibot is very reliable.... according to it r0b.com costs USD 1,500 lol....

    I think, to get a quick general idea about the domain estibot.com is good but no tool will give you an appropiate price for the domain.

    no one bot can estimate right.. only manual review can tell you the final value.. and this doesnt mean you may find buyer who i s willing to pay as much...

    I think there is no defined criteria for actual valuation of a domain name.
