How to establish a 'Fake PR' and 'Real PR'

    In my opinion this is not a real PR or it is not complete. I have PR3 on home, PR4 on links page (and this is very stupid because I didn't submit any link to that page and I guess inner links from other pages are not enough to make PR4) and categories page are grayed out (another strange thing). You can check at Free Software Downloads.

    As many people here said, I hope the PR will be finished in 2-3 weeks.

    Ok guys!!

    there is one another issue in hand...

    if domain.com is redirected to www.domain.com

    then pr of domain.com should be considered as fake or not?

    Its important because in this case both are closely related and property of same owner.

    Even if it is not redirected, having both be the same PageRank is one of the things that Google changed recently, so that really shouldn't matter.

    And they are not "closely related", they are in fact the exact same site in 99.9999% of the cases. Maybe more, even. I cannot offhand think of a case where a different site is served from one to the other.
