Hello all, Can anyone provide tips or point me to a thread of how to use Escrow properly? I have a purchase of a website of over 5k and would like to know the safe tips. I have the seller saying he will only push and transfer the site once the payment is recived in escrow. The payment is in hold right now by Escrow.
Only use escrow.com, and be wary of scam escrow sites. As long as you use a quality escrow site you should have no issues.
I was wondering more on proper ways to conduct the transaction... what are the proper steps a buyer seller should take to protect himself.
