Is there a tool available that shows how a wordpress.org blog is being viewed by differing browsers? I have gotten a few comments saying half of a post is not viewable or categories are not showing for some.
I certainly want to be sure the blog is being seen by everyone 100%!~:)

    Actually there is,
    http://browsershots.org/

It's pretty popular so you often have a large queue to deal with but... worth it when you need to know!
    Hope that helps.

I'd use Adobe BrowserLab, it's free and there's no queue.

@avermat, thanks for the input, will try that,

All i use so far is W3C validator, if it's validated then, should be fine for all browsers.

Yeah I would definitely check it in different browsers as well. I've had many instances where my pages have vaildated but didn't look the same in different browsers. I guess it depends on what you're doing.
