How to enable Tag page in Wordpress?

    Hi,

    I want to enable a link called Tags in the navigation menu (about, contact, etc). This tag page will take users to all the tags in my blog.

    How do I do it?

    Make a new page and then get the plugin that allows PHP to be render and then insert the tag cloud code.
