How to enable quick reply for my SMF forum

    hi everyone, i have tried several methods but i am still unable to enable quick reply for my forum, please direct me on what to do. I want to enable it for my forum members to be able to use the quick reply method to post a reply. i am running SMF ver 1.1.14.

    I'm pretty sure as a administrator you can enable/disable quick reply in the Themes and Layout portion of the admin control panel.
