If it says "contact your host to do it for you" then do it, unless you have a deticated or VPS.

You will need to edit the php.ini file

I would be grateful to you if you guide me step by step. Also on, where this php.ini file is located?

To start things off, here is a simple test script that will check and display some of the host's PHP specifications. Download the file below, and upload it to your server.

Afterwards, open your browser and type in the address to view that page. Something like. http://www.YourSite.com/list_my_php_stuff.php search down through all modules installed, looking for curl, it will either show enabled or not be listed at all.

If its not listed, use your host support pages to make contact asking them to enable it for you. However it may not be part of your chosen hosting packing, and they may require you to upgrade.

If curl shows as enabled, then theres something else wrong, and you should consult with the WP plugin script writers.

    Thanks for the script.
    I tried it.
    Couldn't find curl anywhere...
I tried to find it by using the browser's search.
    Hope that wasnt the problem
    Thanks

You need to talk to your host about the issue. Curl needs to be turned on by the root account of the box.

Chances are though if it's been turned off, it's been turned off for a reason. Many hosts do this as a security measure.

~5-10 mins. If it's shared hosting, your host may not do it.
