You just cut and paste the code, and then modify it to work on your site. Or if they are using third party bit of junk just go find it with a search and download it. Give that you have to ask a question for something like this, you probably don't have the skills necessary to do the modifications to make it work on your own site. I would suggest you might need to look for some basic tutorials and learn how to work with the code if you are going to try and adapt stuff from other sites. You might even learn enough to just code wht you want on your own.
