Hi, I have someone who it makes sense to employ on a full time basis, who lives in Northern Africa, and does a good job for my company. Now how can i employ them to a legally binding contract if they live overseas? Or would it be better to rent them a house in my country, and make them move and work here? Thanks for any advice.
Depending on the type of business but I'm sure just contract working form should be good enough. I usually do project by project, but since it seemed like he is helping you in a daily thing then I would suggest you find some outsourcing form from your country and go from there. Have you done any research of how much it would cost to get them here with working visa, housing, moving expense and etc.
