how to embed movies?

    I have a little problem.I want to start something like youtube.com .I am quite lucky because I have a little team of crazy guys that wanna do funny/stupid things and film themselves.
    Anyway,I am trying to make the website now and I am having a few problems trying to include the movies into html/php.
    I want something like youtube,not .swf files or quicktime or other applets that require diferent plugin downloads.

    Alright, reasons would be : fast plugin download if user doesn't have such.
    It's free. And it's official - loads fast, and has good gateways.
    Now you can search for such websites yourself, it's easy to find. Best luck on your tricky website and your crazy guys, who are ready to film.
