Well I have many emails about 10000 emails and am trying to increase them to 100000 emails.. The questions are for humour site : 1-What is the best way to advertise for the site ? 2-How and which company can let me send emails directly to their inbox and not junkbox ? 3-Which program to use to send them all together faster ?

There can be multiple ways to promote the site, Banner exchange, Adwords, Email marketing etc. You should try and see which one of these is most beneficial (how much cost is involved, and how much return you get from each) 2. I am not sure about this. We've never hired any company to do email marketing for us. 3. We've tried PHP List and it works good for a list with 10,000 - 15,000 subscribers. You will need to set it up and start using it. This way you can send the emails yourself.
