How to edit the Sidebar ???

    I want to add something in about my site...How can I add thing in it ?
    and I want to change and add some different link..where should I change it ?

    The sidebar is usually at wp-content/themes/name_of_theme/sidebar.php

    Just open it and paste in the stuff you want to add.

    If you have a widget capable theme you can add widgets to your sidebar. They're under Presentation -> Widgets in the admin panel . . .
